IS YOUR SHAMPOO AFFECTING YOUR HORMONES?

ARE EVERYDAY PRODUCTS AFFECTING YOUR HEALTH?

Are the ingredients easily recognizable or are they an ever expanding list of hard to decipher language?

Chemicals in personal care products are absorbed thru skin and lungs.
Xenoestrogens are synthetic estrogens used in personal care products and plastics  that most of us are using everyday. Shampoos, conditioners, styling products, lotions, cleansers, shaving creams, deodorants all contain many synthetics compounds. Many that affect our biochemistry, metabolism and hormone balance. Even organic which can actually be  mixtures of natural ingredients AND chemicals? There is little regulation on personal care products.

Puberty, fertility cycles, menopause, aging for both men and women should be easy, natural transitions. Are we making these transitions more difficult by products we are using everyday?

Products that are used on hair go all over skin in the shower. Skin and lungs absorb chemicals in seconds. This is especially important with hormone imbalances like difficult puberty, pms, difficult menopause, thyroid/adrenal issues, libido, fertility issues, autoimmunity or cancer.

What about the plastic bottle?

How long has the product been sitting in plastic or aluminum on a store shelf? Can you see what the ingredients look like? Chemicals and dyes used to make plastic containers absorb easily into liquids and creams as does aluminum And what about the environment? WHAT ARE THE CHEMICALS IN PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS DOING TO OUR LAND, WATERWAYS AND OCEANS?
